Canada Goose
Every year a pair of Canada Geese decide that my river bank is a nice place to spend time eating the lush grass and resting, they stay for a few weeks and then disappear and I don't see them until the following February. They were vary of me this afternoon and soon hopped back into the water to swim upriver for a while, until my back was turned and then they returned, about three times in all by which time the light was fading.
So here you have a Canada Goose retreating from my garden onto the river, I liked the ripples it made and also the reflection of the pinkish sunset clouds.
