Bowness Beauty!

Today Mum and I enjoyed a beautiful stroll from Bowness, catching the ferry across to Ferry House, and then continuing round to Wray Castle. The path takes you right along the western shores of Lake Windermere. A stunning walk, with a picnic in the grounds of Wray Castle, before strolling back. 

A truly beautiful area of the country. One to be treasured and celebrated.
