Duvet weather

We are due a burst of cold weather, so the olive trees have been snuggled up nice and warm in bubble wrap and fleece.  The packing tape is not standard issue.

A chilly day.  Shopping this morning with Mr B for lots more DIY stuff, and a million other things (including heating paraffin since our stove installer hasn't arrived.  #sad_face.) Later some shed and path digging work for me while Mr B foraged for the correct fittings for the shower drain.  Later still, navarin of lamb, a show about Northumbrian sheep farmers (which made me feel homesick and put the kids off farming forever) and a long chat about CarbBoy's bad dream last night that I had run away because him and TallGirl were so naughty.  (He has been extremely helpful today....)
