Presto Pesto

We love fresh pesto. When planning our garden, my partner Kathy's only request is that I make sure we grow plenty of basil. Last year, I didn't grow nearly enough to satisfy our needs, nor did I know how to freeze the leaves to retain their quality and freshness. Hopefully, this year, whenever we open the refrigerator to create a dish, presto pesto!
