Cause and Effect

This is the breakfast for a Lady who indulged in a carbohydrate blow out afternoon tea yesterday afternoon and who having eaten nothing since, experienced no appetite  inducing pangs of hunger this morning.

I don't think I'm speaking out of turn in saying that even His Lordship found the aftermath of a clean sweep consumption of goodies almost too much for an ageing digestive tract; but we are fighters to the end and will live to wage war on any future afternoon tea.

There was another beautiful sky this morning, but having posted so many lovely sunrises in my years on the site, the oatcake got the primary exposure and the colourful sky is relegated to the extra position
