Collard Greens

We get collard greens from Wayne and Sandra's garden. They are better than candy.

Collard greens and barbecue sauce are my favorite southern food pleasures. I have been known to  put barbecue sauce on just about anything, to onlookers' dismay. Let them laugh, I say.They don't know what they are missing.
