Orange Glow

When I pulled back my curtains the sky was red - 'too late' I thought, but headed for the lake anyway.  There was only a German couple and me to enjoy the changing light on the clouds and lake.  It was a beautiful sunrise, that's for sure.  We did get a tiny bit of rain overnight, but nothing to speak of!

Luckily there is a nice breeze to dry the sheets on the line, now that the rain has gone.

We are starting to get a bit excited as we are heading to Wellington on Friday to see the Edinburgh Military Tattoo at the 'Cake Tin' (Westpac Stadium)..  There are 22,000 people at each performance.  Should be great.
