Beautiful bouquet

I don't usually receive flowers on Valentine's Day, but I did yesterday - from our lovely French visitors.

I spent virtually the whole day thrashing my way through my holiday email backlog. It's a long job - to which I will return tomorrow.

Exercise today: none - insomnia is back :-(
