the tree

I ran outside today - first time this year.  Nice to be back out there, even if I spent a lot of time slipping around on the trails which were muddier than I remember.

Thought I would check out my favourite tree in the valley below Sparsholt just beyond Moorcourt Farm. I have various photos of it at different times of the year.

The light was perfect, lovely clear sunny skies, and I managed the run without any twinges, definitely back on track!
