Big Ben at dusk

The second day of our lovely weekend in London. We arrived at the London Eye just in time for the sun to set behind Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, giving this famous London skyline at dusk. I took some later when they'd turned the lights on but I prefer this one.

Today was even busier than yesterday. We visited Madame Tussaud's, The London Eye, saw Buckingham Palace, did a Thames river tour, went on nearly every tube line (or it felt like it!) and saw lots of other iconic London buildings. My feet felt like they were about to drop off when we arrived back at the hotel at about 7pm but it was a great weekend.
