Heroes Welcome

120 soldiers from the Yorkshire Regiment with the Band of the King's division marched through our town today. They were marking their homecoming from their latest tour in Afghanistan. The soldiers of the 1st Battalion The Yorkshire Regiment are marching through all the towns and cities in which they hold the Freedom to march with bands playing, bayonets fixed and colours flying.

They received the hero's welcome I personally think they deserved.
