Lunch with Judy
Today I went to visit my dear friend Judy who just turned 83. She served a beautiful lunch of roasted peppers, spinach and chevre quiche, green salad, assorted French and Belgian cheeses, spelt bread, plum chutney. Apart from the cheese and the red wine, everything was home-grown and homemade.
The skies cleared just long enough for us to eat out in the garden. A delightful afternoon with one of my favourite people in the world.
