2016 Saturday -- Traveling

We exited the Central Coast late this morning to begin our journey to our home in southern California. It's a 4-hour drive to our destination. Thankfully we didn't have to drive through the grid-lock traffic in the heart of Los Angeles that we were seeing on my phone.

We've been at the Central Coast since Thursday, January 7, when we thought we'd stay for five nights, but construction started wrapping up quickly and ended, so we stayed for the duration of my winter break and moved back into our remodeled coast home.

The spring semester begins this Tuesday, so I'll be back in the classroom that morning.

We did arrive safely and we are now getting reacquainted with our SoCal home.
