Valentine Heart.....

.....for my family, friends and fellow blippers, from my summer garden.

Warm thanks for your caring and thoughtful words yesterday. Mum and our family are fine, shaken but fine as the earth decided to roll and shake beneath us. It is a reminder that New Zealand is built on many fault lines, it is the nature of where we live.

A light summer breeze has drifted through the garden today, it's hot, 30C, but pleasant in the shade under the trees. This is a rose I totally adore, planted this season as I found I couldn't do without it.
