Before the pain

This was my view at the start of today's run - what a beautiful day to be out getting very sweaty and sore.

I frightened a few folk with a mis-swallowed water sip at my half way mark. Very undignified! Still, some pretty puffs of snow, lovely firm beaches and sunshine made the inevitable pain from a long run worth it.
