Tired today.

Met up with some customers from work.they were lovely.i feel very blessed to have so many supportive people around me.

Movement a little better today. Bending elbow slightly. Straightening elbow....not on your nelly lol

Its our 19th wedding anniversary tommorw. Fingers crossed for a non elbow related blip lol
