An honour

Today we visited my 90 year old grandfather. He was delighted to show us what arrived in the post yesterday; a letter from the French Ambassador in London advising him he has been appointed Chevalier in the Ordre national de la Legion d'honneur in recongition of his involvement in the liberation of France during WW2.
