What is that?

I don't what he was looking at but going by this photograph it was something interesting to a cat at least.  A friend was coming for lunch, so I took this in the morning before I got too distracted with preparations.  I'm quite happy to buy a jar of curry sauce in the supermarket when I am in a rush, I don't always feel the need to make things from scratch.  So it was chicken in a red Thai sauce, with rice and vegetables, and some dry white wine to go with it.
