Valentine

I left Mr Mouse a card and went out with Ferd, Mr Mouse knows his place.

Ferd and I went to a beginners canicross session and were able to try out kit. We had a lovely time and Ferd did really well, we have both lost a lot of fitness but we will get it back (I've got until May to get back up to 6miles as I have a race). Really pleased that the harness Ferd tried is the one I was looking at buying and it's perfect for him, it's from a uk company and made to measure but obviously with some adjustment. Lucky they had one in about his size to try.

I really liked the hip belt I wore, I had extra dog boost power but with no effort, unlike holding him on a lead and there was no strain on me anywhere. Definitely going to invest. Hope to go along to more runs in the future.

Kirk has been brought inside as its too cold for him to be outside alone and we want to make sure that he isn't ill, we don't think he is. He seems sad. I wish I had taken him with me so that he could have seen Magic and understood, but then I didn't know :( I think in future bonded bunnies will always go to vets appointments together.

Once we are sure he is well I think we are going to go to the same rescue we got boo from and see if they have a bunny around kirks age or well just any bun he gets on with, it's his choice not ours.
