Fizzer, a quite day today I played nine holes of golf, I worked out away that I can hold the club and no pain so I am really pleased about that, it was lovely being on the course once again after so long I noticed the boys have been very busy on the course with improvements the course other being very dry in the rough, it's in good condition it's a credit for the. We havnt had any rain in a long time.
So after that I popped into town to see what was happening nothing the markets were on quite a few people still out and about.
Next week the challenge is on a triathlon, it a big event and its there 10 year.
