Week 4

Back blip

Started the last week of the course today. It's been a good month, great trainees who have been positive throughout. This is the British Council taken from the courtyard of Beano's cafe. Thank God for Beano's cafe!

Sadly, I had to give a 3rd tutorial and 'fail warning letter' today to a trainee who's been struggling throughout the course. We'd already had a chat informally last week, so it didn't come as a surprise, but still not nice to have it in writing.
