On a school day

Three hour drive to Shrewsbury, Darwin's birth place . Gorgeous skies and countryside and then the rAce was 21 laps of a concrete cycle track in a leisure centre .

Why? Because running . Also because bling .


Bet Darwin didn't predict that in 300 years time men would wear something called Lycra and trainer s and run in his honour to get a medal
