Lunch with a view

We enjoyed a delicious lunch with the family at the Capaia wine estate today. Baby Sophia slept contentedly throughout.
A good few glasses of the excellent white wine helped me forget that I had spent the morning in the emergency room after injuring my foot while walking on the beach!
After xrays, compression bandage, anti inflammatories and on crutches it was good to relax in the country.
I have orders to rest up...oh gosh, how does one do that on holiday?!
I'm not too sure if I'm going to manage our planned trip next week on the hop on, hop off bus!!
