Spiral

I was at the bottom end of Deansgate this afternoon and saw this spiral staircase round the back of a completely ordinary 60s-ish office block. Looks a bit incongruous but there are others near Oxford Road station and at Victoria so it can't have been so unusual to design curvy things with very geometric things in the same building.
