Red on White

Woke up to about 3 inches of snow, but clear blue skies. I had approximately 200 SNP leaflets to deliver before the 20th of the month, so thought I'd better just get on with it. Rocky and I had a nice walk first, then I set off out.

I always enjoy my leafleting once I get started; good exercise, the chance to chat with neighbours, and now and again I just stop to admire the view. The birds can't have been too hungry this winter, as this cotoneaster was still laden with lovely bright berries, a nice contrast against the snow.

I'm away to the shop now to treat myself to some hot chocolate as a reward for my industry! Have a lovely Valentine's weekend all.
