Selfie?

One of the photos I took of this rough icing technique (for my Triple Lemon Wedding Cake blog post - coming soon!) turned out to be a sort of Nigella-esque "selfie"...
I love the sharp almost monochrome texture in the royal icing contrasted with the blurred colour reflected in the palette knife. Oh and the fact that there is the word "professional" on my chest!
