The Long Goodbye

The levels of sentimentality over this dog reached unprecedented levels just before she headed off to the holiday kennels this morning. I didn't waste the opportunity to point out they are feeling like I do when they go away on their school residential and that Albi will have a whale of a time with her doggy pals.

Apart from the unproductive hour I spent in denial about my inability to fix my scanner today has been all about packing and getting ready to head out of town tomorrow.
