Sausage and egg

Yum!

Ann isn’t very well.  She hasn’t been well all week.  She isn’t really sure what is wrong.  She just feels weak.  I’ve only had very short walks this week and after each of my walks Ann has had to lie down for an hour or so because she’s been so exhausted.

I’ve been ever such a good little collie this week.  I haven’t made a fuss about only having short walks.  I’ve just had extra snooze time.

And the good thing about Ann being ill (from a gorgeous little collie’s point of view) is……………………… she hasn’t got the energy to eat.  She knows that she has to eat but by the time she’s cooked stuff, she needs to lie down again.  I’ve had lots of human food this week.  Today she made sausage and egg for lunch but could only manage two mouthfuls so I got the rest.  Yum! Yum! Yum!

In fact all she’s really eaten this week is two bowls of tomato soup and a slice of toast and some chocolate so she’s lost 5lb.  Well that’s got to be a good thing?!!

Also she thinks she’s cracked a rib because she’s been coughing so much, though funnily enough it only hurts when she’s lying down?!!

Anyway about an hour ago she found a packet of ‘out of date’ neurofen (Feb 2013) so she took the last two tablets and that seems to have perked her up a bit.

So it looks like it’s going to be another night in front of the TV and another early night.

Maybe the weekend will be better??!!
