Village buildings

Many of the homes in the village date back to the 1500s. This one is relatively modern with a date of 1824. There are less restrictions if the house is not in the very heart of the village and if it is not quite so old. As you can see the original wooden windows/doors have been replaced by some plastic variety. It makes me a little sad not to see natural materials, but the effect is still pleasing.
