Ah, Plant Reproduction!

This lily close-up is part of my Valentine bouquet.  I
am fascinated by the beauty of plant sexuality.
This flower is very ready for plant reproduction.  It
grew in a foreign country and is now very open to
fertilization.  I have no winged insects in my home
that are up to this task and the flower is rootless
in a vase, but hope springs eternal......I like the
message behind what we are viewing.  NEVER
GIVE UP!
