Mmm

We had a jungle trek in a virgin jungle reserve (not far from the national park visitors have been to) which was cut short by the realisation we really were in jungle and the sight of a massive spider!
On way back we had best food in the world (KFC) and then stopped off at this beach I've seen whilst out on bike - moonlight bay - very nice indeed - then 100 squats and 5k run - it's all go here! Got two hours work at four and then may have a well deserved cocktail on the beach
