Shadow Chest X-Ray

When I saw this metal grate in the parking lot in front of the hardware store on a sunny afternoon, my first thought was to create a shadow photo including the grate to look like a rough image of a chest x-ray.  Please try in large.  Have a happy weekend.  The photo seemed even more appropriate since this was the only time I was out today while struggling with sneezing and blowing my nose.
