Back to work .....

After my lovely holiday break, back to the grind of work today. Spent the day wading through emails and other case notes of events that have happened that need dealing with.

Late visit followed by a quick trip to my daughter's mother-in-law to see our son-in-law who is going back to Germany tomorrow. He has been on a training exercise in the uk for the past 5 weeks, had his birthday yesterday, they are celebrating their first wedding anniversary (I know, where did that year go!!) and they are moving house on Monday. It is tough watching our daughter live as an army wife.

Lace group tonight and an interesting talk from a member (our president) about her lace trip to Australia. Decided to buy a raffle ticket - I won the daffodils, they are just beginning to open.

Yippee - Friday tomorrow :)
