Mum

Mum is still in the assessment unit in Bridge of Allan. She was delighted to see me this morning and to tell me about the exercises she had been doing to help her walking and balance. She has always enjoyed exercise having been something of an athlete in her teenage years, as she often reminds us! The effort had tired her out though so I insisted she take a long afternoon nap, promising I'd come back later which, of course, I did.
