Reflections of Space

Colin and Tom joined us in Bristol for the day. We met Colin in at the station then after coffee went to the bus station to meet Tom.

We decided to go down to the harbour for lunch and a wander.  We saw The Matthew, a replica of the ship Cabot sailed on his journey of discovery, see yesterday's blip and today's extra (thanks Steve) then went for a look round M Shed, a museum on the harbour side.

By this time it was time for a cup of tea and sit down so we went into the Science mueum called @Bristol where they have a very nice cafe. Tea and chat later we had a mooch around the area just outside called Milenium Square. A very modern area scattered with sculptures, water features and this silver dome which is their 3D planetarium.

Walking back into town we went to Bella for tea before Colin headed back for his train and we three the hotel.
