Licked

It was cold enough first thing this morning to require a hat and gloves for the earliest walk of the day and then into work fairly early to get things sorted for three lessons and two meetings. I managed to end up having to do some things in a rush based on conversations people needed to have before their days started. It was a busy morning all told and a day of trying to remember that everyone is very tired. 

I was determined not to be late home tonight and in spite of a meeting and another one of those conversations, I was out an hour earlier than on any other night this week. Home via a couple of stops, tea and a walk around the block before we both settled on the sofa. Although Bailey's version of settled and mine are somewhat different...
