Empty Berths

Does the summer of 16 start here?, feels like it on a inspirationally bright, sunny day.

The reason for the empty berths is a major dredging operation to increase the depth by 2 metres. So boats not on the hard are being simultaneously shuttled from berth to berth ahead of the suction dredger.
