Been There - Done That

Lands End is one of those places that people come to, look out at the sea towards America and feel that they've done it. They get back into their cars having left £3 in the machine in the car park. Of course, lots of people come here at the start or finish of gruelling journeys and raise lots of money for charity. Those of us that are photographers head along the coast path for the iconic view of those cliffs, sea stacks and the Longships Lighthouse in the distance.

I skipped the gym this morning as the weather forecast was for rain in the afternoon. The weather stayed dry for me and there was much less wind today too. Although it was a little chilly at first, it was a pleasure to be out there. I didn't encounter anyone else on the cliff path. There are a few more views here.
