Another day, another hospital.
Another early start as we had to go to another hospital today with Mr P. Fortunately not as far a yesterday's marathon which was an eleven and half hour round trip.Today we were at St James's in Leeds and for once went by car instead of the train. Rebecca took us and we were all done and dusted by 9.35 and on our way home and we don't have to go back there for three months.
As we were all quite hungry we had a cooked breakfast at Waitrose on the way home, l had bubble and squeak with a fried egg on top and fried tomatoes, yummy!
As l was up early l noticed the sky had a nice pink tinge to it (but it was too early for the sunrise which we saw on the journey into Leeds.)
So l decided to nip out with my camera as far as the village green. The sky hadn't developed much at this point but l did see this early blossom tree looking really vibrant against the frosted grass.
Back to Newcastle tomorrow for the second part of Mr P's treatment but the appointments not till 3pm so we don't have to be on the 6.09 am train for once.
Thanks for all the kind comments about Mr P yesterday, l had to go straight out to a meeting when we got home so l was late responding and commenting on your journals.
