A day of delights

I was meeting up with fellow blipper 'Flying' today for elevenses. Just as I was heading into Rangiora my phone went to say that the friends I am living with had had a serious tyre issue on his bike ride - could I pick him up. I texted flying and she was happy to make it a lunch date instead!

After a 2 hour round trip I did indeed get to a lovely lunch at flying a place. She treated me a lovely chicken salad and I contributed dessert :-).

We had a long chat about anything and everything before I headed home , where I realised I hadn't taken a shot all day so it was out to the garden for this.
