Jackie's person

I meet this fellow regularly in the morning while I'm walking Breesha and he is walking his dog. I don't know his name but I know his dog's name, Jackie, so I just think of him as Jackie's person. He likes chatting but he does that odd thing where you're walking along with him and to make a point he stops and stands around, I don't have time for lingering like that, I like marching along at a decent speed. Nice person though.
