Worry dolls...

So my poor Mum got bad news on Friday after some tests they discovered a significant sized mass on her bladder. This news came as a bit of a shock after recovering from breast cancer only a year ago. The consultant hasn't messed about and booked her into hospital today for surgery in the morning. She's feeling a bit anxious, not knowing what stage it's all at and knowing there will be biopsy results ahead but she has a very strong faith and knows it's in Gods's hands. Mum was getting settled in tonight with a sleeping tablet and early to theatre in the morning if all goes to plan.

My daughter seen these worry dolls and thought of her Nana. She has a little bag of worry dolls and we had never seen personalised ones. There was this or foe health worries, work worries, even car worries?! Anyway it was quite appropriate to put in a card and it cheered my Mum up tonight when we visited her at the hospital.

Will be glad when tomorrow is over.....
