BACK STRIPE

I've tried & tried to insert a link but this Blipping website just will not comply :o(

Today I cut a strip of maple approximately the same age as the guitar, glued it in place & got it nice & level thanks to scrapers & 400 grit sandpaper.

Then I slapped on four thick coats of quick-drying nitro-cellulose varnish.

Tomorrow the polishing & the moment of truth when I reset the neck & put on new strings!
