Snowdrops again!

Spent quite a long time today renegotiating the electricity costs for the Village Hall today. In the end achieved about a 40% reduction! Surely it can't be right that electricity companies, banks, internet providers etc make a huge profit out of people who for a variety of reasons are unable to shop around.
