A morning with science (PhD conference for chemists)
An afternoon doing alternatively admin work and bread baking and tempeh&sauerkraut pastry baking.

To sum up - a fruitful day.

After three years of intensive/weekly bread making I'm still not tired of the moment when the fresh loaf is taken out of the oven... Aaaaaah :-)
