Air Dried...............

Another sunny morning, hurrah..... headed for the park and was really pleased to meet a friend I hadn't seen for a long while, also with her camera, a keen photographer and intermittent blipper. We were told of a heron further along the river, which actually turned out to be this wonderful cormorant. She showed me how to set my camera to aperture priority, a first for me, and we waited, taking shots, until the cormorant took a dip and afterwards stood on the muddy river bank to air dry his wings in this fantastic pose...............Thank you Sarah for helping me produce today's blip. :))
