Beak Power

Cardinals are so obliging.  Someone had mentioned what a powerful beak they had so I decided to try to get a good blip showing it and how useful it is to them.  It is the ultimate seed cracker by design.

The ground is now covered in white stuff again...just in time for the cold snap.  Well, this is Canada and it is still officially winter so I won't complain....yet.  

My daughter announced last night that she has decided to go to Spring Prom after all.  I am thrilled for her that she has decided to go as it is huge for her to step out of her comfort zone like that  However, dress shopping with a 17 yr old who hates dresses????  Wish me luck....
