garden and girlies

Went down with dad to his garden first thing on Thursday morning. Was great to see it and he picked his first beetroot. There are spuds, aubergines, tomatoes, herbs, French beans, dwarf borlottis, courgettes, cucumbers, melons, sucrine du berry plants, butternut squash, patissons, carrots, herbs, sweetcorn, beetroot and probably a few other things I'm forgetting.

Had some lunch and then drove over to see Carrie, Paddy and the girls for the first time. Went to pick the girlies up from their last day at school. They were so excited - it was class :) :)

Had dinner there on Thursday night and went to bed all content.
