Shrove Tuesday

CJ on a roll, as he expertly tossed the pancakes. A light sprinkling of sugar with freshly squeezed lemon juice, then carefully rolled. A recipe passed down from my Granny to Mum to Me. Mouthwatering, delicious. 

Sharing pancake stories with my brother, remembering the time Dad wanted to see how high he could toss a pancake, and it got stuck on the kitchen ceiling.  He was always very proud of that.
