Muffins...

I'm in domestic goddess mode tonight. I promised the team I'd bake for their bulletin meeting tomorrow so I researched some muffin recipes and now I want to make them all!

The raspberry and white chocolate ones (above) are done and cooling. The coconut ones are in the oven now and my flat smells amazing!! I'm right in the mood to bake and I'm wondering whether I should just do the other two batches and feed the whole office!
